Potatoes and green beans salad with garlic marinade

INGREDIENTS

 

For the marinade :
  • 10 cloves sweet garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Peel and finely chopped one red onions
  • Peel and cut 6 prawns
  • Small handful chopped fresh Persil
  • Small handful chopped fresh Mint
For the salad :
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • Crumble one pack of tuna
  • 250g of frozen green beans
  • Peel and cut 5 potatoes

Add all ingredients of marinade together and leave it on the fridge for 20 min

Put  potatoes and green beans in the boiling water for 20 min

Put eggs in the boiling water for 10 min

When it is cooked, put all these ingredients under cold water and let them cool down

When your potatoes, green beans and eggs are cold dress it up in a bowl, and add the marinade on the top.

Mix it all, add some salt and pepper depending your taste and it’s ready ! Enjoy
